The most important thing is the scanner, as it is what will help you generate your sweet sweet cash. You can obtain the scanner in the fourth mission of Moon Baby, and with it, you’ll be able to run scans in your area to locate salvage beacons.
Salvage Beacons
Salvage beacons are your primary source of income, and in areas with space debris and meteors, you’ll find plenty of these beacons. Through them, you can acquire items that will be useful both for you and your truck, as well as numerous other objects that can be sold for profit.

After visiting several salvage beacons, it is recommended to head to space stations where the purchase rates are high. You can identify these stations by the positive purchase percentages, which are highlighted in green.
