In Moon Sweepers, the biggest limitation I have to work around is the conveyor belt system. Since I can only connect 12 conveyors to a single base, I focus on making the most of every connection. In this guide, I’ll show my compact production setup and how I use it to maximize conveyor efficiency.
Conveyor Belt Optimization Guide
My preferred setup is a simple 2-4-8 production line using Capsule Catchers, Pressure Chambers, and Stone Presses. It keeps the layout compact while making full use of the available input and output conveyors.
Understanding the Conveyor Belt Limit
The main bottleneck in Moon Sweepers is the number of conveyors I can connect to each base. With a limit of 12 connections, I need to optimize my production layout rather than simply adding more conveyors.
My goal is to maximize the load on both input and output conveyors, so I can get the most efficiency from the available connections.
My Compact and Efficient Production Setup
The build I use is straightforward and doesn’t require a complicated layout. I arrange the production line in the following order:
- 2 Capsule Catchers
- 4 Pressure Chambers
- 8 Stone Presses
With eight Stone Presses running in this setup, the conveyor belt becomes the bottleneck. This is exactly what I’m aiming for, since it allows me to make full use of the conveyor capacity.
Early-Game Setup and Garage Connection
During the early game, I can use the same production layout at half its full size. This lets me start with a smaller version of the setup before expanding to the complete build.
I can also connect this production line to the garage. The important part is making sure the input and output conveyors are fully utilized.
Late-Game Maximum Efficiency Build
For my late-game setup, I use the full production layout to maximize conveyor efficiency. With the input and output conveyors running at full capacity, I can get the most out of the available connections.
