How to find Codes for Secret Doors and Safes in Low Budget Repairs
Below, I explain where I find each code and how I solve the related puzzles. The locations are listed in the same order as I encounter them.
Home
First Locked Door
To find the code for the first locked door, I check the photo on the windowsill. The year shown in the photo is the code.
Code: 1974
Second Locked Door
For the second locked door, I inspect the bottoms of the four gnomes in the garden. I find two gnomes in the front yard, one in the left corner of the backyard, and one in the right corner on the roof.

Mansion
Secret Door
To find the secret door code, I check behind all of the paintings. Each painting has a number behind it, and I put the numbers in the correct order.

Mansion Safe
For the safe code, I check the license plate of the car I cleaned outside.

Storage Space
Storage Space Safe
To find the safe code, I look on top of the large closet opposite the safe. There are two alarm clocks, and I combine their numbers to get the code.

For the police station safe, I check the note on the board and match the images with their corresponding rooms. I then combine the room numbers to solve the code.
