Low Budget Repairs Guides

Achievements and All Collectible Locations

To complete the collection in Low Budget Repairs, I need to fill all 21 slots in the home display case. The 16 ordinary collectibles are found across main story jobs, side jobs, and the shared shop, while the remaining 5 items are ranking trophies that I earn automatically as I progress.

In this Low Budget Repairs collectibles guide, I list every item in the order I can find it. I make sure to collect each item before leaving a job. If I miss a collectible and the job is available through Job Finder, I can replay the job and return to the same location.

Main Story Pickups

1. Slammer – Child’s Play

At the playground, I inspect the green swing seat beside the two pink schoolbags and the bicycle. The round Beaversaur slammer is lying on the seat. I receive it by completing the Child’s Play story level.

2. Binder with Children’s Cards – Righty-Tighty

I enter the child’s bedroom and look beneath the desk. The binder is inside the open shelf directly under the desktop.

3. Gypsy Tarot Cards – Sentenced to Work

I do this before starting the renovation. I use the highlighted wall sink and tap, then go to Cell E and inspect the small table beside the bunk. The tarot cards are on the table beside the books, mug, and flower vase.

4. Phone Card – Model Citizen

Outside near the mural, I find the yellow telephone booth. I enter the booth and look on top of the yellow payphone unit, where the phone card is lying.

5. Road Map of Poland – Cheap Car Repair

Inside the garage, I open the red car’s front passenger door. The folded road map of Poland is on the passenger seat.

6. Video Cassette – Dirty Job

I find the room with the smiling cloud-and-sun wallpaper and check the blue worktable next to the wall-mounted sink. The video cassette is on the tabletop.

7. Oil Lamp – A Small Favor

In the basement storage corridor, I check the nearby floor mat for the code 4927. I use it to open the locked storage unit. The oil lamp is on top of a cardboard box beside the stacked plastic crates.

8. Floppy Disk – Turn It Up

At the police station, I look into the barred office. The floppy disk is sitting on the desktop.

9. Coin with the Pope – God Bless You

I go to the pulpit in the church and check the small square table immediately beside it. The coin is next to the stack of books and is not on the main altar.

10. Old Złoty – The Fight for Gold

I follow the objectives to check behind the wardrobe, examine the board, and open the safe. The old złoty is on the top shelf. The safe combination is 27-32-58.

Side Jobs and Shared Shop Pickups

11. Lugola Bottle – Side Job: Kitchen Incident

In the kitchen, I open the drawer immediately to the left of the sink, between the refrigerator and the sink cabinet. The Lugola bottle is inside.

12. Spring Toy – Side Job: Window Replacement

I enter the child’s bedroom with the road rug and car wallpaper. I open the third desk drawer, where I find the spring toy.

13. Cassette Tape – Side Job: Bachelor Party

In the living room, I face the television and check the open shelf directly below it. The cassette tape is on the shelf behind the radio.

14. Porcelain Doll – Side Job: Dark Powers

In the living and dining room, I inspect the metal shelving unit beside the dining table and beneath the framed pictures. The porcelain doll is hidden behind the bag.

15. Chewing Gum with Cars – Side Job: Customer Service Space

I enter the small office and inspect the front-left corner of the wooden desk beside the pens and waste bin. The open packet of chewing gum with cars is on the desktop.

16. Handheld Pet Game – Shared Shop

This collectible is not tied to a specific job. I can find it in the shared shop scene during normal shop visits. The handheld pet game is sitting on the bench.

Ranking Trophies and Achievements

The remaining five objects in the 21-slot display case are automatic ranking trophies. I do not find these as ordinary pickups. Each trophy is awarded when I reach the corresponding position in Super(Handy)Man ’95, and it appears on the bench in front of my home. I make sure to pick up each trophy after receiving it.

  1. Fifth-place trophy – I complete contest stage 1 at the Fire Station in Things Are Heating Up. Achievement: Marked on the Board.
  2. Fourth-place trophy – I complete contest stage 2 at the Prison in Sentenced to Work. Achievement: Up Up We Go.
  3. Third-place trophy – I complete contest stage 3 at the Mansion in Dirty Job. Achievement: Reached the Podium.
  4. Second-place trophy – I complete contest stage 4 at the Church in God Bless You. Achievement: Runner-up.
  5. First-place trophy – I reach first place in the Super(Handy)Man ’95 finale. Achievement: Best of the Best.
