In Train45, the ending depends on what I can choose inside the Control Room. There are two main endings in the game: Bad End, which is connected to Pazuzu, and True End, which is connected to Konial. In this guide, I explain how I get both endings and what I need before the final choice.

Train45 Endings Guide

In this Train45 endings guide, I go over the Bad End and the True End without adding unnecessary steps. The most important difference is whether I have the key item needed for the final option in the Control Room.

All Endings in Train45

Train45 has two main endings:

  • Bad End – Trust the Angel: This ending is connected to Pazuzu.
  • True End – Trust the Demon: This ending is connected to Konial.

Bad End – Trust the Angel

To get the Bad End, I go to the Control Room, pull the lever, and follow causality. After this, the character’s vision fades, the memories and encounters are erased, and the story reaches a quiet ending.

If I do not have the required key item for the True End, this becomes the only available final option.

True End – Trust the Demon

To get the True End, I need to reach the final choice in the Control Room with Little Ko Omega. When the final dialogue appears, I choose:

Take out Little Ko Omega

With this item, I break causality, escape from the train, turn the situation against the angel, watch the epilogue, and unlock the memory room.

How to Get the True End in Train45

To unlock the True End, I follow Konial’s route in Chapter 6 and prepare the required item before going to the Control Room.

  1. In Chapter 6, I raise Konial’s affection to Lv2.
  2. To do this, I equip the Copper Bracelet.
  3. Each successful exploration with the Copper Bracelet gives +10 Konial affection.
  4. On the way, I watch Konial’s Lv1 affection dialogue event.
  5. When Konial reaches Lv2, her story event starts and she gives me Little Ko Omega.
  6. After getting Little Ko Omega, I remove the Copper Bracelet because it blocks Car Navigation.
  7. I set the route to the Control Room: 45 + 54 + 8 + 31.
  8. In the final dialogue, I choose Take out Little Ko Omega.

If I skip this chain, the lever remains the only option in the Control Room, which leads to the Bad End.
