Megumi Mountain
Start the quest in Megumi Mountain here:

Midori Forest
The thorns to the right are fake, fall through them.
“Amidst echoing caves and water’s fall, pour tea where the giant stands tall.”
Uzumaki Cave
Drink tea/ heal here.
“From the birth of the lotus we’ve drifted afar, return and ascend to touch a hidden star.”
Forest of the Crimson Bamboo
Standing on this spot reveals a grapple point above, use it!
Return to Misake to assemble the fragments and complete the quest.
