In this Sledding Game unlockables guide, I explain how I unlock the hidden skins, cosmetics, sleds, props, and secret items that I know about. I do not treat this as a guaranteed complete list, but it covers the statue unlocks, one-time actions, repeated tasks, and hidden objects I have found.
Sledding Game Unlockables Guide
I use this guide as a quick checklist for the unlockables in Sledding Game. Some unlocks are tied to animal statues, some require doing a specific action once, some require repeating an action many times, and others are found by interacting with hidden objects around the map.
Unlocked by Activating Statues
Around the map, I can find animal statues that unlock specific skins or cosmetic items. The target statues have three depressions on the front. To activate one, I need to hit three nearby targets with snowballs.
The targets are usually close to the statue, but they are not always visible from where the statue stands. Some can be downhill, under an overhang, behind a hill, or slightly away from the statue. When I hit a target, one light appears on the statue for a short time. I need to hit all three targets before the lights disappear, then interact with the statue to claim the unlock.
- The frog statue in the lodge: The targets are not nearby. They are in three different corners of the map, so I need help from other players and some coordination.
- The bench statue in the south: This is not a target statue. I only need to approach it and interact with it.
Skins
Black Bear Skin: I find this bear statue below the top ridge ski lift. While riding the lift, I can see it on a hill far below around the halfway point. I set a flag before dropping down, because the fall can sometimes send me back to the lodge. One target is next to the statue, one is downhill to the north, and one is uphill to the south or southwest.
Light Seal Skin: I find this statue while sledding down the eastern slope from the tallest peak. The seal statue looks like the Statue of Liberty and stands on a tall plinth. I use a trampoline to reach it and set a flag before starting. One target is behind the statue, one is up to the south on a rock wall, and one is down the tall hill to the north.
Panda Bear Skin: I see this bear statue on my right near the end of the upper central ski lift from the toad statue area. It sits on a stone arch. One target is just below the ski lift path, another is underneath the arch, and the third is up the hill to the south or southeast. This one is much easier with friends.
Dark Toad Skin: I find this statue after reaching the top of the lower central ski lift from the lodge. There is a cannon on the left with a sign that calls it a cannon of peril, and the toad statue is one hilltop west of it. One target is far down the hill to the west, one is downhill to the north on the side of the stone arch, and one is back toward the ski lift.
Normal Fox Skin: I find this fox statue after taking the eastern ski lift from near the ice lake up to the skate park area. At the top, I can see the back of a target uphill. I walk that way into the trees to reach the statue. One target is next to the statue, and another is north among the trees.
Polar Bear Skin: I look for this statue from the top of the southwestern ski lift that starts in the trees behind the lodge. The statue shows a bear and a frog in a pose similar to The Creation of Adam. The targets are near the top of the ski lift, downhill to the northeast, and far across a gulley to the northwest. I can still hit the far target from near the statue by aiming about a tree height above it.
Cosmetics
Crown Hat: This penguin statue is on the western edge of the alpine village and overlooks a gulley slope. I can reach it by taking the eastern ski lift and walking through the village, or by starting high on the map and sledding down the central slopes. The targets are down the slope to the southwest, on a village house to the east, and on a hill to the northwest.
Dorky Glasses: From the fox statue, I look southwest for a stone arch in the distance and sled down to it. Under the arch, I find a frog statue sitting like The Thinker. The targets are beside the statue, downhill to the west or northwest, and at the bottom of the stone cliff below the arch to the southwest. I find it easiest to set a flag at the statue, fall down to hit the lower target first, then return.
Tiny Frog Hat: The statue is inside the lodge, but the three targets are spread across different parts of the map. I need multiple players for this unlock.
- One player stays at the lodge. This player watches the statue lights and tells everyone when all three are active, so everyone can return quickly.
- One player goes south. This player rides the southern ski lift behind the lodge, climbs the small hill at the top, and looks down toward the top wheel of the ski lift to find the target.
- One player goes northwest. This player rides the left ski lift from the lodge to the high peak on the west side of the map, then sleds west along the top ridge for about a third of the way. Looking down toward the yeti zone, the target is behind the westernmost rock in a line of rocks.
- The remaining players go northeast. These players ride multiple ski lifts to the highest peak, then sled east along the top ridge for about two thirds of the way. The target is on the north side of one of the hills, facing away from the direction they came from. I set my flag as far toward the yeti zone as possible, wait for the right moment, run in, and hit the target.
This unlock can take several attempts because all three throwers need to coordinate their timing.
Starting from the back door of the lodge.
Starting from the northwest peak, then sledding down along the northwest ridge to the left.
Starting from the north central peak, then sledding down along the north ridge to the right.
Unlocked by Doing Something Once
Skins
Gold Frog: I unlock this by buying the special Supporter version of the game. If I do not own the game yet, I can buy the Supporter Edition. If I already own the game, I can buy the Supporter Pack upgrade.
Cosmetics
Gold Tie: I open the in-game chat, type /secret, and send it.
Name Tag: I open the in-game settings, turn off nameplates in the gameplay section, and then exit the settings. I can turn nameplates back on afterward.
Cape: I stay airborne for a long time. Some players describe it as being airborne for over 10 seconds, while others describe it as earning over 6000 airborne points. I find it easiest by building a large ramp with many boosters over the back of the lodge.
Green Visor Hat: I pay to play the basketball game in the lodge, but I do not play it. While the game is running, I exit out and have another player activate my running game.
Unlocked by Doing Something Repeatedly
Skins
Poison Frog Skin: As the normal frog, I hit other players with snowballs 100 times. I find it easiest when another player uses an AFK emote inside the lodge fence while I stand outside the fence and repeatedly throw snowballs.
Tree Frog Skin: As the normal frog, I jump on a trampoline 100 times. The easiest method is placing a trampoline inside a tent or igloo so I hit the roof and fall back down immediately.
Light Toad Skin: As the dark toad, I get on and off a ski lift 30 times. It still counts if I get on and immediately jump off at the bottom of the lift.
Arctic Fox Skin: As the normal fox, I land upside down with my sled 50 times. I use a small ramp or a small hill, set a flag, mount the sled while holding back, flip upside down, dismount, teleport back, and repeat.
Duotone Seal Skin: As the dark seal, I win 20 races. Each race needs at least one other player, so I cannot complete this by racing alone.
Cosmetics
Hot Cocoa Hat: I drink 100 cups of hot cocoa. I can check my progress in the stats menu by looking at liquids consumed and dividing that number by 10. Since it counts cups of liquid, the infinite cocoa cup glitch can make this easier.
Red Round Glasses: I emote 100 times. I find it easiest to open the emote menu and click between two side-by-side emotes repeatedly.
Dog Tags: I get hit by other players 100 times. Snowball hits and being knocked over by another player on a sled both count, but snowballs are the easiest method.
Sleds
Croc Sled: I unlock this by walking around a lot. I do not overthink this one and let it happen naturally.
Plane Sled: While wearing the cape, I get kicked very high by the yeti 10 times.
Ski Lift Sled: I ride the golden chair of a ski lift for 3 full return trips. I find the short lift behind the lodge easiest, because I can sit on it while it loops around.
Unlocked by Finding Something
Some unlockables are found by walking up to hidden objects around the map and interacting with them. These can unlock items such as hats, sleds, props, or other secrets.
Skins
Dark Seal Skin: I find a fishing hole high on the central mountain where the red race starts. North of the red arch, there are two holes. I use the one closest to the rock wall, hop inside, and press interact.
Sleds
Bench Sled: I find the bench statue south or southwest of the lodge, on a hill with multiple yellow tents. I approach the statue and press interact.
UFO Sled: I find the crashed UFO on a hillside off the north side of the map, behind the tallest northern peak in the yeti zone. I approach it quickly while avoiding the yeti and press interact.
Cosmetics
Flowerpot Hat: I find a small flowerpot on the floor behind the left side of the cosmetics stand in the lodge. I squeeze between the chest and the stand until I can see it, then press interact.
Arrow Hat: I find an apple with an arrow through it on top of a target in the shooting range beside the lodge. I approach from behind the target, jump, and press interact.
Cockroach Hat: I find the cockroach high on a ledge inside the left side of a stone arch up the slope north or northeast of the ice pond. I need to build a tower with props such as greenscreens to reach it, then climb up and press interact.
Miner Hat: I find a small hat on top of a stone inside a small cave at the base of the central mountain with the large target on it. From the top of the central ski lift, I walk to the mountain base and go around left until I see the cave. I need a trampoline or greenscreen to reach the hat, then I jump up and press interact.
Props
Tent Prop: I find a tiny tent inside a normal yellow tent on a cliffside on the southern face of the central mountain with the large target on it. I climb to the top of the peak, drop down carefully onto the side with the tent, go inside, and press interact.
Other
Discord Role Password: I cannot give the secret password directly, but the useful hints are that the password is shown as a QR code somewhere in the game, it is small and tucked away, it is inside the lodge, and it is easiest to see while sitting in a particular place.
