Here’s a simple guide for exploring Shadowspire and solving its puzzles. Just hover, click, and pay close attention to clues! Some tips might surprise you.

General Tips:

  • Hover and Click Everywhere! Sometimes two clickable spots are close together. Look out for a magnifying glass cursor; if you see an eye cursor, it’s just decorative.
  • Clues in Containers: Sometimes, you need to open a box or drawer to see a clue.
  • Avoiding Traps: If you’re stuck in a “death trap” puzzle, click outside the puzzle window to exit without harm.
  • Puzzle Resets: All puzzles will reset if you click outside the window.
  • Built-in Walkthroughs: Using the built-in walkthrough won’t affect your mastery rating at the game’s end.

Shadowspire/Mausoleum Guide

Graveyard:

  • Left Tombstone Puzzle: It’s a simple slider puzzle. Just move the pieces around until they fit!
  • Right Tombstone Puzzle: Arrange the pieces to form a Maltese cross.

Mausoleum Entrance:

  • Door Puzzle: Put all the glowing letters in the slots. Try unscrambling them on paper or in your head. Reset to enter them correctly.

  3. Explore and Translate Books: Check out everything in the room.

Once you’ve collected all artwork, journal entries, and secrets, head back to the Summit Gate. Enter the final code to access the Summit Room and finish the game.
