If you’re aiming for 100% completion in Papa’s Mocharia Deluxe, this guide covers every achievement and the easiest methods I used to unlock them. I’ll explain progression achievements, hidden achievements, missable trophies, special recipe requirements, shop-related goals, and Food Truck challenges.
How to Unlock All Achievements
Before starting a new save, I highly recommend checking the missable achievements section so you don’t accidentally lock yourself out of any trophies.
Tutorial
If you’re new to Papa’s Mocharia Deluxe or struggling to earn high scores, understanding how each station works is essential.
Order Station
Your score at the Order Station depends on customer waiting time. I always try to take orders quickly and keep drinks moving through production to maximize points.
To improve customer patience, I purchase lobby decorations and the Doorbell upgrade so I know immediately when a customer enters.
Brew Station
At the Brew Station, I prepare milk and espresso in any order. Scores are based on:
- Correct ingredient amounts
- Proper brewing time
- Correct hot or cold preparation
Useful shop upgrades include alarms and brew boosters.
Build Station
The Build Station can be difficult early on.
I always:
- Select the correct cup size.
- Build from bottom to top.
- Add syrups and powders in the correct sequence.
- Keep the pouring needle in the green zone.
- Center ingredients properly when pouring.
- Add ice at the end when requested.
If a drink seems incomplete, it is often missing the required amount of ice.
Topping Station
For whipped toppings, I center the cream carefully before placing it.
When applying shakers and drizzles, I follow the order ticket from left to right and spread toppings evenly across the drink. The cannoli section is simpler, but I make sure to decorate both sides and select the correct cannoli.
If I ever receive a low score and don’t know why, I check the Score Details menu for a breakdown.
Closers (Special Customers)
Closers appear on the same day every week and always arrive last. Several achievements involve these customers.

Earn a prize in every mini-game.
Grand Prize Winner (044)
Earn at least 5 prizes in each of Foodini’s mini-games.
Rare Reward (045)
Win a Rare Bonus Prize by earning a Star Medal.

Best Barista (053)
Unlock all standard espresso and dairy items.
Festival items do not count.

These require earning stars and mastering recipes.

A recipe becomes mastered after earning at least 5 stars with it.
Remember to change Today’s Special after mastering one.
Missable Achievements
Santa’s Helper (Hidden Achievement)
This is the most important missable achievement.
Serve 20 customers during Christmas while wearing:
- Christmas Hat
- Fur Parka
Since it can only be earned during the Christmas event, missing it means waiting for another Christmas season.
Hidden and Situational Achievements
Make ‘Em Wait
Wait until all customers arrive, then serve the Closer first.
Quick Coffee
Prepare Quinn’s order before she arrives and serve it immediately.
I recommend starting when there are two customers ahead of her.
Gotcha’s Gotta Go
Prepare Duke Gotcha’s order before he arrives and serve it immediately.
Use the Character Menu to check his order beforehand.
Wrong Restaurant
Serve Roy while wearing:
- Pizzeria Polo
- Pizzeria Cap
Both items can be purchased from the Shop.
Recipe-Specific Customer Achievements (040, 059–078)
These achievements require serving specific Special Recipes to designated customers. First obtain the recipe from a gold envelope, then serve it to the required customer. Customer Coupons can speed this process up.

Everyone’s a Critic (079)
Serve Jojo while wearing:
- Turtleneck
- Beret
Holiday Outfit (080)
Wear a full outfit matching the current holiday.
Color Coordinated (081)
Dress the Chef and Driver in identical outfits using different colors.
Bubble Gum Bonanza (082)
Have 10 different bubble gum types in the lobby simultaneously.
Dance Party (083)
Use enough musical furniture for at least 3 customers to dance in the lobby.
Coupon Clipper (085)
Send 10 Customer Coupons through the Customers menu.
These coupons are also useful for achievement hunting.
Extra Espresso (086)
Leave a tumbler of espresso in every Brew Machine at the end of the day.
Food Truck Achievements
Mobile Macchiato (089)
Serve 10 Food Truck orders.
Food Truck Fanatics (090)
Lure 3 regular customers to the Food Truck.
