The story opens with my accident. From here, my cravings matter because they decide which drink appears later.

Exploring the Hospital Room – Main Info Search 1

While exploring, I find key items. My underwear is on the right side of the sofa.

First Meeting with Yu-na

Yu-na appears depending on my movement:

• Going to the bathroom leads to Checkmate
• Eating something delicious leads to spicy ramen
• Going to the rooftop leads to Follow me to the roof

Standing close unlocks the achievement Made the First Move.

If I follow her, I can choose to save her or not.

Peeking Into the Doctor’s Office – Main Info Search 2

I must find two items here:

• The Art of Fighting book on the table
• Shoes on the floor

Finding everything from both searches unlocks the achievement Item Hunt… (1).

Time to Examine the Doctor

Checking her chest increases affection.

The Doctor’s Question

If I click her face, I enter the secret scene Curious about the Doctor.

Progress through:

• Hand size
• Foot size (requires finding the shoes earlier)

Choosing Check chest earlier followed by Do you have a boyfriend leads to the Doctor’s happy ending.

Ending 1: Totally Biased Question

This requires high affection for the Doctor and all related scenes completed in order.
Unlocks The Perfect Prescription.

After this, I return to the room where both parents appear with the drinks I chose at the start.

Turning right increases Gyu-ri’s affection.

Mal-sook’s Tests

She asks three sets of questions.

• Did you change your makeup increases affection
• Did you gain weight
• Did you dye your hair
• Have things been hard decreases affection

• Black increases affection
This answer comes from the beach scene in season 1.

Test 3

• Red increases affection

Red requires finding the red underwear during Main Info Search 1.

Gran’s affection increases and this scene completes Ending 11. It also unlocks Gran’s hidden ending achievement.

I can greet in English or Korean. Meeting the foreigner unlocks the achievement.

Yu na and Friends

• If I go to Mal sook, I enter Mal sook’s Affair.
• If I focus on Yu na, I raise her affection and go to Where Are You From.
• To choose Focus on Yu na, I must first get the Handkerchief from Mal sook’s path.

Mal sook’s Affair

I can talk to them, which lowers Mal sook’s affection, or ignore them.

Playing the Victims

• Getting angry together earns the Handkerchief.
• If I hit the throat, I lower Mal sook’s affection and go to Devil Mal sook. To choose this, I need her Demon Wings.

Choosing this path unlocks Ending 12 and the related achievement. Mal sook gains affection here.
