The right weed recipes in Weed Supermarket Simulator change as you level up. You do not need to replace every strain whenever a new seed becomes available. A better approach is to keep a cheaper strain for low-level customers while gradually adding stronger strains for higher-level customers. In this guide, I cover the recommended weed recipes from level 1 to 50, including the progression from Basic Skunk and Street Seed to Cookie and the Q420 Brain Melter build.
Best Weed Strain Progression From Level 1 to 50
The overall progression is simple. You begin with one strain, move to two strains during the mid game, and eventually use three strains in the endgame to cover customer levels 1 through 10.
| Player Level | Main Strains | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| 1-11 | Basic Skunk → Street | Cover early low-level customers |
| 12-23 | Street + Lemon | Keep low-level coverage and add higher-level customers |
| 24-27 | Street + Comet | Improve high-level customer coverage |
| 28-35 | Street + Galaxy | Reach customers up to level 10 |
| 36+ | Street + Cookie + Brain Melter | Cover customer levels 1-10 |
The important part of this strategy is keeping Street Seed for lower-level customers instead of replacing it. Your second strain changes as stronger seeds become available, while Brain Melter is added later specifically for the highest-level customers.
Levels 1-11: Basic Skunk and Street Seed Recipes
During the first part of the game, you only need one main strain. Basic Skunk is useful at the very beginning, but it should be replaced with Street Seed as soon as possible.
Level 1-2 Basic Skunk Recipe
Basic Skunk Seed + Limonene Terpenes Stage 1
This produces Q14 and is only needed during player levels 1 and 2.
Level 3 Street Seed Recipe
Street Seed + Limonene Stage 2 + Pinene Stage 1
This produces Q19 and covers customer levels 1 through 3.
Level 7 Street Seed Recipe
Street Seed + Limonene Stage 2 + Pinene Stage 2
The quality remains at Q19, but the strain can now cover customer levels 1 through 4.
Level 11 Street Seed Recipe
Street Seed + Limonene Stage 2 + Pinene Stage 3
This is another Q19 build for customer levels 1 through 4.
Levels 12-23: Add a Second Strain
From this point, one strain is no longer enough if you want good coverage across different customer levels. Keep upgrading Street Seed for your lower-level customers and add Lemon Seed for higher-level customers.
Level 15 Street Seed Recipe
Street Seed + Limonene Stage 2 + Pinene Stage 4
This remains a Q19 strain for customer levels 1 through 4.
Level 21 Street Seed Recipe
Street Seed + Limonene Stage 2 + Pinene Stage 5
The Street build remains at Q19 and now covers customer levels 1 through 5.
Level 21 Lemon Seed Recipe
Lemon Seed + Myrcene Stage 3+2 + Limonene Stage 3+2 + Eucalyptol Stage 3 + Pinene Stage 5
This produces Q106 and targets customer levels 4 through 7.
When a recipe uses a format such as Stage 3+2, it means you use both Stage 3 and Stage 2 of that terpene.
Levels 24-35: Comet and Galaxy Recipes
During the late mid game, Street Seed should still stay in your setup for customer levels 1 through 5. The strain that changes is your higher-level option: Lemon is replaced by Comet, and Comet is later replaced by Galaxy.
Level 24 Comet Seed Recipe
Comet Seed + Pinene Stage 5+4+3+2 + Eucalyptol Stage 3 + Myrcene Stage 3+2
This produces Q107 and covers customer levels 4 through 9. At level 24, Comet replaces Lemon as your higher-level strain.
Level 27 Street Seed Recipe
Street Seed + Limonene Stage 2 + Pinene Stage 6
This remains a Q19 strain for customer levels 1 through 5. Keep this strain in stock even as you unlock stronger seeds.
Level 28 Galaxy Seed Recipe
Galaxy Seed + Myrcene Stage 3 + Eucalyptol Stage 4 + Pinene Stage 6+5+4+3+2+1
This produces Q114 and covers customer levels 4 through 10. Galaxy replaces Comet from level 28.
Level 36+: Cookie and Brain Melter Endgame Recipes
At level 36, the final strain setup begins to take shape. Street Seed stays as your low-level economy strain, Cookie replaces Galaxy for higher-level customers, and Brain Melter is added for level 10 customers.
Level 36 Cookie Seed Recipe
Cookie Seed + Pinene Stage 6+5+4+3+2 + Eucalyptol Stage 4+3 + Limonene Stage 1 + Alchemic Concentration Stage 1
This produces Q143 and is intended for customer levels 6 through 9. Cookie replaces Galaxy and remains part of the recommended endgame setup.
Level 36 Brain Melter Q420 Recipe
Brain Melter Seed + Geraniol Stage 3+2+1 + Caryophyllene Stage 3+2+1 + Myrcene Stage 3+2+1 + Alchemic Concentration Stage 3
This is the Q420 build designed for level 10 customers. It becomes your third strain rather than replacing Street or Cookie.

Why You Should Keep Street Seed
One of the most important parts of this setup is not replacing Street Seed. Stronger weed is not automatically better for every customer. Street remains useful because it handles the lower end of the customer range while your more expensive strains target higher-level customers.
By level 27, the recommended Street recipe covers customer levels 1 through 5. This makes it a useful low-level economy strain even after you have unlocked Galaxy, Cookie, and Brain Melter.
How Quality and Aromas Affect Customers
Quality and aromas have different purposes. Quality determines the customer range the weed can reach, while aromas influence how customers are distributed toward that strain.
The basic quality formula is:
(Seed + Aromas) × Percentage Booster
Percentage boosters are available at 10%, 20%, and 30%, and only one percentage booster can be used on a plant. A quality value of 420 is used to target level 10 customers, while around 400 quality can also reach level 10 and some level 9 customers.
Aroma Strength
Aroma values can also vary in strength. The provided guide describes +10 as weak, +80 as strong, and +120 as very strong.
A simple way to remember the system is: quality controls the target group, while aromas control the distribution.
Best Endgame Strain Setup
From level 36 onward, the recommended setup uses three strains to cover the full customer range.
- Street Seed: Customer levels 1-5.
- Cookie Seed: Customer levels 6-9.
- Brain Melter Seed: Level 10 customers.
This setup avoids trying to make one strain serve every type of customer. Instead, each strain has a specific role, giving you coverage from customer level 1 all the way to level 10.
Which Weed Recipe Should You Use?
For the early game, move from Basic Skunk to Street Seed as soon as possible. Keep Street as your low-level strain, add Lemon at level 21, replace Lemon with Comet at level 24, replace Comet with Galaxy at level 28, and then replace Galaxy with Cookie at level 36.
Once Brain Melter becomes available, add the Q420 recipe for level 10 customers instead of replacing your other strains. This gives you a simple progression that continues to serve both low-level and high-level customers as your store grows.
