In Absolum, players can discover mysterious creatures known as Brome’s Babies, scattered across several hidden locations throughout the world. These small entities are part of the game’s deeper lore, rewarding observant explorers with unique ambient experiences rather than tangible in-game bonuses.

You do not need to play as Brome to find these creatures. Each baby emits a distinct, continuous sound when nearby, making it easier to detect them through attentive listening rather than visual cues.

Reward: While there is no achievement associated with finding Brome’s Babies, players are treated to a special piece of lore and a touching moment—a choir of mowlai frogs singing lullabies at Uchawi’s Hearth.

Grandery

1. Secret Mouldy Cave (After the Drop)
   • Access: Break the rock located below the middle path at the starting point.
   • Description: After dropping down, you’ll find the hidden cave containing one of Brome’s Babies.

2. Stonedale Stairway
   • Location: Beneath the stairway in Stonedale.

3. Middle Path Bridge
   • Location: Behind a rock under the bridge near the first Heartroot on the middle path.

Jaroba

4. Lower Bridge Path
   • Access: Destroy the vines at the first Heartroot to reach the bottom path.
   • Location: Beneath the bridge on this lower route.

5. The Arena
   • Location: Just before the second Heartroot in The Arena area.
