Walkthrough and Endings
Here’s all anomalies, non-anomalies and achievements:
ANOMALIES
Anomalies are spooky, strange events. If anything moves or changes, especially after you go upstairs, the cabin might be haunted. (Oh, and if you see a ghost or get attacked, that’s a sure sign too!)
- Moving Blanket: The boy upstairs, under a blanket, moves his legs
- Blanket Switch: The boy’s blanket appears on the stairs. After you go upstairs and come back down, he’s sitting in a chair.
- Smiling Reflection: The boy is watching TV, and his reflection on the screen smiles at you.
- Blocked Door: After going upstairs, the daughter blocks the front door. Go to the cellar, then the bathroom. The door will close and open after some dialogue. The mother will chase you back upstairs.
- Singing Girl: The cellar door is open. When you go upstairs, you hear the daughter singing. A door slams when you come back down.
- Giggling Girl: After going upstairs, you hear giggling, and the daughter appears when the basement door is open.
- Hand Under Bed: You see the daughter’s hand moving under the bed.
- Staring Father: The father starts looking at you after you go upstairs.
- Early Stare: The father looks at you even before you go upstairs.
- Window Crash: The father stands outside the window, which breaks when you get close.
- Chasing Father: The father is not at the table anymore and chases you outside. Run through the stairs near the elevator.
- Flying Objects: Everything on the table flies off, and the father starts staring at you.
- Portrait Eyes: The mother watches you from a wall portrait.
- Mother in Front: After going upstairs, the mother is standing in front of her portrait.
- Missing Mother: The mother disappears from the portrait after you go upstairs. She’s outside when you leave the cabin. Look at her for an achievement.
- Dragged Body: You see one of the children’s legs being dragged behind a wall. Be quick, or you’ll miss it.
- Moving Model Figures: A model of the cabin downstairs has little moving figures.
- Cabin Fire: After going upstairs, the cabin catches fire. Escape through the field and the door.
- Cabin Model Upstairs: A small model of the cabin appears upstairs.
- Stuffed Animals: The cabin is full of stuffed animals. After you go upstairs, they’ve moved around.
- Ringing Phone: You hear a phone ringing upstairs. You can answer it if you dare.
- Growing Frog: The frog upstairs gets bigger the more you look at it.
- Floating Remote: The remote control floats next to the frog.
- Moving Mug: The mug on the table moves around
- Clone Behind Pillar: A copy of you stares from behind a pillar.
- Clone at the Table: Your clone stands by the table.
NON-ANOMALIES
Not everything weird means the cabin is haunted. These are harmless or explainable.
- Radio News: The radio mentions a cabin fire.
- Quiet Daughter: The daughter is under the stairs, motioning for you to be quiet. Look at her for dialogue and an achievement.
- Upside-Down Cabin: Everything is flipped upside down.
- Father Outside: The father stands outside the window but doesn’t move. He’s gone when you leave. Look at him for an achievement.
- Still Stuffed Animals: Stuffed animals in the cabin don’t move after you go upstairs.
- Upside-Down Daughter: The daughter hangs upside down over the stairs.
- Bread Scene: The mother is at the table, the daughter is under the stairs, and the boy is upstairs with bread. Look at the boy for an achievement.
- Happy Family: The family stands together, smiling.
- Still Watching TV: The boy watches TV but doesn’t move.
- Smiling Portrait: The mother smiles in her wall portrait.
Achievements
- Boo!: Turn on Jumpscares in the Options menu.
- Cabin Inspector : Successfully check 8 cabins in a row. Finish back at your apartment to unlock it.
- Employee of the Month: Complete all 41 cabins (26 anomalies, 10 non-anomalies, 5 standard).
- Face Your Past: Greta: Look at the daughter under the stairs.
- Face Your Past: Father: Look at the father outside the window.
- Face Your Past: Hans: Look at the boy upstairs.
- Face Your Past: Mother: Look at the mother outside the cabin.
The Cabin Factory Endings
Ending 1
To get the first ending, you need to check 8 cabins correctly in a row. After that, the credits (like the end of a movie) will show. This ending gives you a hint that something is wrong with your character.
When the credits finish and you’re back at your house, just walk around for a few minutes. Then, you’ll see your closet doors open, showing the cabin inside. Walk into the cabin to go back to the factory.
Ending 2
For the second ending, you’ll return to work after getting Ending 1. This time, your goal is to check all 40 cabins in the game. These cabins include:
- 25 haunted cabins with anomalies.
- 15 strange cabins with weird setups.
- 5 normal cabins with nothing strange.
Once you finish all of them, you unlock Random Mode, where the game mixes up the anomalies, and you can keep playing for fun.
