This guide will simply list the phone numbers you need to find at Mama’s Sleeping Angels and explain their locations.
List of Phone Numbers Location
If you are not familiar with these numbers, they are used with the telephone located inside Grandma’s house. I found the phone by leaving the game selection room, entering the small room immediately on the right, and then turning left. At the end of the short hallway, the phone is waiting.
From my experience, dialing these numbers does not unlock major gameplay rewards. Instead, they mostly trigger unique voice clips. I am not entirely certain whether all of them are tied to the story or if some are simply included for atmosphere.
I noticed that these numbers are scattered throughout the game. Whenever I come across a sequence of numbers, I assume it might work on the phone. The format does not have to resemble a typical phone number.

These numbers do not appear to have a confirmed purpose based on what I have found so far.
