Ova Magica Blobs
Below I have listed all the blobs I could find in Ova Magica. I have also tried to explain as much as possible how to get these blobs. I will expand the guide when I find new blobs.
Starter Blobs
Horn Blob
- How to Obtain: Choose as one of the three starter blobs. Note that selecting the Horn Blob will prevent you from acquiring the Feather Blob and Leaf Blob.
Feather Blob
- How to Obtain: Choose as one of the three starter blobs. Note that selecting the Feather Blob will prevent you from acquiring the Horn Blob and Leaf Blob.
Leaf Blob
- How to Obtain: Choose as one of the three starter blobs. Note that selecting the Leaf Blob will prevent you from acquiring the Horn Blob and Feather Blob.

Cow Blob
- How to Obtain: Purchase a Cow Blob Egg from Jade’s shop for 3000 Coins.
Hen Blob
- How to Obtain: Purchase a Hen Blob Egg from Jade’s shop for 3000 Coins.
Pig Blob
- How to Obtain: Purchase a Pig Blob Egg from Flint’s shop for 3000 Coins.
Sheep Blob
- How to Obtain: Purchase a Sheep Blob Egg from Flint’s shop for 3000 Coins.
Bee Blob
- How to Obtain: Purchase a Bee Blob Egg from Naria & Ater’s shop near the Train Station for 4000 Coins.
Music Blob
- How to Obtain: During the Night of Roses Festival event (Solis Season Week 3, Day 4), buy a Music Blob Egg from the Vendor’s shop for 3000 Coins or participate in the Mini-game to obtain one for free.
Clover Blob
- How to Obtain: During the Founder’s Day Festival event (Solis Season Week 5, Day 4), purchase a Clover Blob Egg from Carnelian’s shop for 55 Lucky Tickets.
Pumpkin Blob
- How to Obtain: During the Spooky Moon Festival event (Ceres Season Week 1, Day 4), buy a Pumpkin Blob Egg from Carnelian’s shop for 25 Spooky Candies. Alternatively, defeat Pumpkin Blobs during the event for a 2% chance of obtaining a Pumpkin Blob Egg.
Weather Blob
- How to Obtain: During the Weather Day Festival event (Ceres Season Week 3, Day 4), purchase a Weather Blob Egg from Flint’s shop for 3000 Coins or participate in the Mini-game for a chance to get one for free.
Cupid Blob
- How to Obtain: During the Game of Love Festival event (Frigus Season Week 1, Day 4), purchase a Cupid Blob Egg from Jet’s shop for 3000 Coins or participate in the Mini-game for a chance to get one for free.
Deer Blob
- How to Obtain: During the Sleigh Swap Festival event (Frigus Week 3, Day 4), buy a Deer Blob Egg from MJ’s shop for 3000 Coins or guess all 3 presents correctly to obtain one for free.
Party Blob
- How to Obtain: During the New Year’s Celebration Festival event (Frigus Season Week 5, Day 4), buy a Party Blob Egg from Carnelian’s shop for 3000 Coins or talk to Citrine and play her Mini-game for a chance to get one for free.
Kiwi Blob
- How to Obtain: Win as the grand prize from spinning Ryan’s Health Wheel in Clover Town.
Rare and Event-Specific Blobs
Crow Blob
- How to Obtain: Grow veggies or fruits without a scarecrow, and a Crow Blob may spawn and eat your crops. Defeat it for a 2% chance of obtaining a Crow Blob Egg.
Butterfly Blob
- How to Obtain: Grow flowers without a scarecrow, and a Butterfly Blob may spawn and eat your flowers. Defeat it for a 2% chance of obtaining a Butterfly Blob Egg.
Dragonfly Blob
- How to Obtain: Fish in the lake near the mine or in the Waterfall Pond in Clover Valley during Solis or Ceres seasons. Defeat it for a 2% chance of obtaining a Dragonfly Blob Egg.
Lotus Blob
- How to Obtain: Fish in the lake near the mine or in the Waterfall Pond in Clover Valley during Solis or Ceres seasons. Use your Fishing Rod to hit the lotuses to trigger a battle with 2 Lotus Blobs. Defeat them for a 2% chance of obtaining a Lotus Blob Egg. Beware: hitting all 5 lotuses triggers a boss fight.
Mushroom Blob
- How to Obtain: Defeat Mushroom Blobs in the Mine or 1st Blob World for a 2% chance of obtaining a Mushroom Blob Egg.
Bat Blob
- How to Obtain: Defeat Bat Blobs in the Mine, 1st Blob World, or during the Spooky Moon Festival event for a 2% chance of obtaining a Bat Blob Egg.
Rock Blob
- How to Obtain: Defeat Rock Blobs in the Mine for a 2% chance of obtaining a Rock Blob Egg.
Fox Blob
- How to Obtain: Defeat Fox Blobs in the 1st Blob World for a 2% chance of obtaining a Fox Blob Egg.
Tree Blob
- How to Obtain: Defeat Tree Blobs in the 1st Blob World for a 2% chance of obtaining a Tree Blob Egg.
Angler Blob
- How to Obtain: After 6PM, fish in the river near PC’s house or the Pub. Defeat it for a 2% chance of obtaining an Angler Blob Egg. Also, defeat Angler Blobs in the 2nd Blob World for a 2% chance.
Beach Blob
- How to Obtain: Fish in the Beach area during Solis season or defeat Beach Blobs in the 2nd Blob World for a 2% chance of obtaining a Beach Blob Egg.
Bomb Blob
- How to Obtain: Defeat Bomb Blobs in the 2nd Blob World for a 2% chance of obtaining a Bomb Blob Egg.
Crab Blob
- How to Obtain: Fish in the river near PC’s house or the Pub. Defeat it for a 2% chance of obtaining a Crab Blob Egg. Also, defeat Crab Blobs in the 2nd Blob World for a 2% chance.
Snowman Blob
- How to Obtain: Check your in-game Mailbox near your Tent at the beginning of the game or fish in the Waterfall Pond in Clover Valley during Frigus season for a 2% chance of obtaining a Snowman Blob Egg.
Turtle Blob
- How to Obtain: Fish in the Beach Area during Solis or Ceres seasons or defeat Turtle Blobs in the 2nd Blob World for a 2% chance of obtaining a Turtle Blob Egg.
